Combining Shipments of Squishville:
Please note, at this stage we will not be refunding shipping costs to combine orders. This is because the individual styleswill be staggered and coming out ondifferent weeks/days. They will be consolidated or held for shipment accordingly by our Team. We are not able to alter this process, as we are getting a very large stock amount and cannot physically store the items, and with the large amount of orders we have to follow our protocols.
Some orders will be shipped out in parts, or will be held for shipment at our discretion and based on when we find out each style/item will arrive in thewarehouse. Some customers may find parts of two or more orders sent together because of this.
It will not be possible to refund any shipping costs due to us charging what we are paying for shipping.

Important Note:
Due to their Squishy nature, all Squishmallows arrive to us with creases and lines from being packed, direct from the supplier. We cannot guarantee that the product you will receive won't have any fabric lines or creases. However, many of these come out if you choose to wash your Squishmallow! Please note, some Squishmallows arrive to us with some marks and washable marks. We are not able to refund or replace any of these Squishmallows as they are more often than not, machine or hand washable. They arrive like this to us sealed in cases and direct from the manufacturer, and they are only sent out to us because they have been approved and have passed Quality Control. We do not get refunds for these sorts of marks, as theyre not considered defects and these items are still considered fit for purpose. Please contact us if there are other defects, and we will resolve this.
